RETURN POLICY
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase or receipt.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your products may take longer than expected.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item so that we can assess and correct the problem.
Item types that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), personalized products (like custom-made or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
3-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the products are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As before, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase or receipt.
refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
